ABOUT ME
Hi, I'm Julie
Dearest Friend,
When I do something in life, I give it 110%. I am passionate, relentless and fearless. I won’t stop until the job is done. If I see a problem, I'll fix it.
I am an attorney who has spent over a decade running my own nonprofit that rescues teen trafficking victims and helps them rebuild their lives. I have partnered with the FBI and the police to rescue the girls. I have also served as a Court Appointed Special Advocate for children in fostercare. I advocate tirelessly for those without a voice.
I married my high school sweetheart, Ben; we both graduated from Texas A&M University. Education is a priority in our household. My law degree is from Boston University, and I have a Masters of Theology from Dallas Theological Seminary. From MIT, Ben has his PhD in chemical engineering and an MBA. We have three beautiful children, ages 8, 6 and 4. We attend Irving Bible Church, where I teach second grade Sunday school.

At my children's school, I have served on the PTO, volunteered as lead room parent, and organized the UIL Academics competition and coached UIL storytelling, creative writing and music memory. I am also the founder of the IB Parents Association of Coppell.
I enjoy gardening, baking, dancing and traveling. I love a good adventure! I have visited 11 national parks and explored 24 countries. Most recently, I went skydiving on our 20th wedding anniversary trip. Check out my social media to learn more about me!
Gratefully,
Julie Waters
